The XRF4 RF baseboard routes two TDD connections to every slice. Additionally, it routes TDD and frame sync signals to onboard SMAs. These signals are sourced from the SOM but are ultimately time synchronized with the DACIO and ADCIO signals from the ZCU board. The time synchronization is performed on the ZCU board to the vectors generated by the RFSoC. This synchronization follows the appropriate 3GPP specifications with relation to the TDD.
