• sfptpd is supported on Linux guests (Linux variant OS) only. Refer to Hardware and Software Support.
• The Solarflare net driver (SF-103848-LS) must be installed in the guest OS. Onload users can use the sfc driver from the Onload installation.
• sfptpd will run in each VM.
• NTP, chronyd, timesyncd, and timedated should not be running in the guest OS.
