The following table shows the support for hardware timestamping in AMD PTP network adapters:

Adapter Support
Alveo X3 series Hardware timestamping of all transmitted and received packets on all adapter ports.
XtremeScale X2 series Hardware timestamping of all transmitted and received packets on all adapter ports
XtremeScale SFN8000 series Hardware timestamping of all transmitted and received packets on all adapter ports
Flareon SFN7000 series Hardware timestamping of all received packets on all adapter ports.
HP branded Hardware timestamping of all received packets on all adapter ports.

The adapter timestamp function is compliant with the IEEE 1588-2008 (PTP version 2) specifications.
