Description
No more delegated send is planned.
Normal send(), shutdown() or close() etc can be called after this call.
Definition
int onload_delegated_send_cancel (int fd)
Formal Parameters
-
fd - The file descriptor to be closed.
Return Value
0 on success
-1 on failure with errno set.
Notes
When TCP headers have been allocated with onload_delegated_send_prepare(), but
it is subsequently required to do a normal send, this function can be used to cancel
the delegated send operation and do a normal send.
There is no need to call this function before calling onload_delegated_send_prepare().
There is no need to call this function if all the bytes specified in the onload_delegated_send_prepare() function have been sent.
If some, but not all bytes have been sent, you must call
onload_delegated_send_complete() for the sent bytes,
then call onload_delegated_send_cancel()
for the remaining bytes (reserved-but-not-sent) bytes. This applies even if the
reason for not sending is that the window limits returned from the prepare function
have been reached.
Normal send(), shutdown() or close() etc can be called after this call.
