onload_bpftools requires the following additional packages to be installed:

libelfdevelopment package - the
elfutil-develorlibelf-devpackages are required to use the ‘load’ option.
Note: If these additional packages are not installed then
onload_bpftools will not be built, but the Onload
build will succeed.
