This option controls the delayed acknowledgment algorithm. A socket can receive up to the
specified number of TCP segments without generating an ACK. Setting this option to
0 disables delayed acknowledgments.
Note: This option is overridden by EF_DYNAMIC_ACK_THRESH, so both options need to be set to
0 to disable delayed acknowledgments.
