Network interfaces should be configured according to the Installation Guide and/or User Guide for the adapter.
When the interface(s) have been configured, the dmesg command will display output similar to the following (one entry for
each AMD Solarflare interface):
sfc 0000:13:00.0: INFO: eth2 Solarflare Communications NIC PCI(1924:0c03)
sfc 0000:13:00.1: INFO: eth3 Solarflare Communications NIC PCI(1924:0c03)Note: IP address configuration should be
carried out using normal OS tools, such as system-config-network (Red Hat) or yast
(SUSE).
Note: The
performance_profile driver module option must not be set to throughput when using Onload.
