You can cross probe from the Resource Analyzer table to the Simulink® model by clicking a block or subsystem name in the Resource Analyzer table, which highlights the corresponding HDL block or subsystem in the model. Cross-probing helps you identify blocks and subsystems that use a specific type of resource.

When you cross probe, the model displays the following:
- The selected block in the table appears highlighted in yellow and outlined in red.
- If the selected block or subsystem is inside an upper-level subsystem, the model highlights the parent subsystem in red and the block underneath.
