The core utilization factor ratio is specified as the function runtime compared to the cycle budget. This ratio must be between 0 and 1. The cycle budget is the number of instruction cycles a function takes to either consume input data or produce a block of output data.

You can specify the core utilization factor in the Vitis Model Composer Constraints editor window as shown.
