You can program the FPGA with the bitstream in the Program Device screen.

The following table lists the options available on the Program Device page:
- Project
- Selects the system project you want to use.
- Connection
- Selects the hardware or hardware server if the board is on the remote side.
- Bitstream/PDI File
- Specifies the bitstream/PDI file
- Partial Bitstream
- Indicates that this is a partial bit stream file.
- BMM/MMI file
- Only for MicroBlaze design. These files store the Block RAM name and location information of MicroBlaze. Vivado generates these files.
- Skip Revision Check
- Skips version check.
- Generate
- Stitches the elf with the bit stream and generate the final bit stream file.
- Program
- Programs the FPGA.
