Decide on the organization of your project constraint files. Validate the read
sequence of the files based on their content. In Project Mode, you can modify the
constraint file sequence in the AMD Vivado™
IDE or by
using the reorder_files Tcl command. In Non-Project
Mode, the read_xdc command directly defines the sequence
for XDC files. The source command defines the sequence
for constraints generated by Tcl scripts in your compilation flow Tcl script.
