It is important to review utilization for LUT, FF, block RAM, and DSP components
independently. A design with low LUT/FF utilization can still experience placement
difficulties if block RAM utilization is high. The report_utilization command generates a comprehensive utilization report
with separate sections for all design objects.
Note: After synthesis, utilization numbers can change
due to optimization later in the design flow.
