The U50/U50LV has two set of LEDs:

  1. Card status LEDs
  2. Ethernet status LEDs

Card status LEDs are visible through a cutout in the PCIe end bracket and are defined in the following table.

DS1 When FPGA is configured, LED is blue, otherwise it remains Off
DS2 Not populated
DS3 Not populated
DS4 Not populated

Ethernet status LEDs are located on the top-left, front panel above the QSFP module. The LED definitions are provided in the following table.

Reference Description
QSFP_0_ACT Dedicated to Activity and is only green 1
QSFP_0_STA Dedicated to Link and is yellow/green 1
  1. Functionality is dependent on the FPGA image. By default, both LEDs will be on.

When powered on, the card will illuminate blue, yellow, and green LEDs.
