Any security critical data that is transferred between PLMs must be communicated securely. This is done by encrypting data on sender SLR side and decrypting it on receiver SLR side. AES engine support in master PLM and slave PLM is needed for encryption and decryption. Key establishment between master and slave SLRs and Key-IV updation at runtime is needed for secure communication.
