HSM Mode for an SSI Technology Device - 2025.1 English - UG1283

For SSI technology HSM flow, the following types are supported:

• slr-slave-boot for boot slaves
• slr-slave-config for configuration slaves

Ensure to merge all the partitions of SUB_SYSTEM_BOOT_MASTER as a single partition before running HSM flow. Also, follow the same for CONFIG_MASTER sub-system.

Example of HSM mode for SSI technology device is available in the bootgen-hsm-ssit.zip file. Sync Offsets are generated during Slave PDI creation. For this example, ensure to copy these files from the boot and config directories of slave to the bitstream_master directory.

SSI Technology HSM Authentication BIF

SSI technology HSM authentication BIF for RSA is available in the hsm_ssit_auth_rsa directory in the bootgen-hsm-ssit.zip file.

SSI technology HSM authentication BIF is available for ECDSA in the hsm_ssit_auth_ecdsa directory in bootgen-hsm-ssit.zip file.
