By default, there is a target connection set up for the localhost (127.0.0.1) at port 3121. However, you may connect remotely. For a remote connection you need to set up the target connection that will be used in the Launch Configuration later in this tutorial.
To view the target connections, go to Vitis → Target Connections.
Right click on the Hardware Server, select New Target and add your connection details.
