The petalinux-package bsp command compiles all
contents of the specified PetaLinux project directory into a BSP file with the provided
file name. This .bsp file can be distributed and later used as a source for creating a
new PetaLinux project. This command is generally used as the last step in producing a
project image that can be distributed to other users. All AMD reference BSPs for PetaLinux are packaged using this
workflow.
