This section provides an overview of the workflow for developing bare-metal applications on APU and RPU using the Vitis software platform. The process described here reflects the updated component-based design flow in Vitis. You can develop standalone C or C++ applications using this workflow by first creating a platform and then building applications on top of it, as outlined in the following section.
Click the Set Workspace icon and select the location for the workspace in the Vitis IDE.
