Selects the speed grade for the memory devices. The available choices depend on the Controller Type.
- LPDDR5 SDRAM speed grades
- LPDDR5-5500, LPDDR5-6400, LPDDR5X-7500, LPDDR5X-8533.
- DDR5 SDRAM speed grades
- DDR5-5600AN(40-40-40), DDR5-6400AN(46-46-46), and others.
Note: Dual-rank operation can require a longer memory clock period
than the maximum speed grade supports. Configuring dual ranks without lowering the
memory clock period to a supported value produces a validation error.
