Background Scrubbing
When enabled, the controller continuously reads and rewrites memory in the background to detect and correct single-bit ECC errors before they accumulate into multi-bit errors.
Scrub Interval
Available when Background Scrubbing is enabled. Sets the interval between background scrub operations. The default value scrubs the entire memory address range within a 24-hour period.
On-The-Fly Scrubbing
When enabled, the controller corrects single-bit ECC errors encountered during normal read operations and writes the corrected data back to memory.
