For Versal devices with XPIO (Gen1), each DDRMC has three associated XPIO banks. In Versal Gen2 devices with X5IO, the number of banks per memory controller varies by controller type. Refer to the following table.

Even when three banks are associated with a controller, they might not be fully bonded out depending on the chosen package and DDRMC5E placement. Always reference the package files to confirm bank bonding details for your specific device and package combination.
Supported configurations depend on the number of bonded X5IO banks and octads available for each memory controller.
