Controller Type
Selects the memory protocol for the DDRMC5 controller.
- LPDDR5 SDRAM
- Selects the LPDDR5 interface. Available when the NoC2 Device Type is set to Components. Configures the controller for LPDDR5 discrete devices using the LPDDR5 x16 channel architecture.
- DDR5 SDRAM
- Selects the DDR5 interface. Available when the NoC2 Device Type is set to Components or DIMMs. When Device Type is set to DIMMs, DDR5 SDRAM is the only valid selection.
