To open the IP Customization dialog box, double-click the AXI NoC2 block in the Block Design canvas (or right-click and select Customize Block).
The General tab contains the Memory Controllers - DDR5/LPDDR5 section. Use this section to establish the high-level memory topology before configuring the DDRMC5 in detail.
