The Ethernet Offload Engine uses two clock domains. This section describes all the clocks required for the Ethernet Offload Engine to function in your application.

s_axi_cpu_clk - This is the processor domain. It has been tested to run at 100 MHz.

axis_clk - This clock is an Ethernet Offload Engine data path clock. The frequency of this clock must be a minimum of 200 MHz to achieve 10G performance and a minimum of 50 MHz for 1G performance. The maximum frequency range can be checked on the Performance and Resource Utilization web page.
