The following block diagram shows the ISP tile configuration. Each ISP tile is comprised of two ISP instances:
- One with four streaming inputs
- One with two streaming inputs received from the programmable logic (PL)
Collectively, they provide support for up to two ISP instances per tile and up to five streams per tile, arranged either in a 3+2 or 4+1 configuration, allowing single and multiple stream configurations. Each ISP instance has dual output capability and can enable primary and secondary outputs with separate controls.

Note: ISP0 can process a maximum of four inputs, and ISP1
can process a maximum of two inputs. However, a complete ISP tile can process a
total of five inputs. Input 3 is the fourth input stream out of five streams
available. For a 4+1 combination, this fourth stream is fed to ISP0, and for a 3+2
combination, the fourth stream is fed to ISP1.
