The MIPI CSI-2 RX Subsystem decodes, and processes video data received from the CSI2 camera sensor(s) and delivers it through the AXI4-Stream output interface. You can configure parameters, such as Pixels per Clock (1, 2, or 4) and Data Type (RAW Format), in the MIPI CSI2 Controller GUI tab. This video data is then processed by the ISP IP based on the configured output format and transferred to the frame buffer write IP. Depending on the frame buffer write configuration (Resolution, Output Format, Core config), the incoming data is stored in DDR memory. For displaying multiple streams on HDMI, the Video Mixer IP handles the mixing process. The video frames are combined based on the number of enabled layers and sent to the HDMI TX Subsystem, ultimately reaching the HDMI display.
