Add and Configure VISP_SS IP Using Vivado Block Automation - Add and Configure VISP_SS IP Using Vivado Block Automation - 2.0 English - PG432

1. Add the VISP_SS IP to your design.
   1. Open your Vivado project.
   2. In the IP integrator window, add the VISP_SS IP to the block design.
2. Run block automation.
   1. Right-click the VISP_SS IP block.
   2. Select Run Block Automation to launch the configuration GUI.
      
      
3. Configure the sensor and output parameters.
   
   
   1. In the Sensor information section, enter the number sensors and names of each sensor.
   2. In the Configuration of Sensors section, select your required configuration options, such as:
      • FPS
      • PPC
      • Pixel format
      • Horizontal resolution
      • Vertical resolution
   3. Select the output type. In Output Type, LO is Live Out and MO is Memory Out.
4. (Optional) Configure the camera grouping.
   
   
   1. Set the Grouping option to YES if grouping is required.
   2. Select the number of MIPI groups that need to be connected in grouping mode. All the cameras grouped share the same ISP, operating in MCM mode.
5. Select a supported configuration.

   Block automation currently supports the following configurations:

   • 2 cameras: MO and LO
   • 4 cameras: All MO
   • 5 cameras: 2 MO, 3 grouped
   • 6 cameras: 2 cameras MO, 4 grouped
   • 7 cameras: 4 MO, 3 grouped
   • 8 cameras: 4 MO, 4 grouped
   • 9 cameras: 5 MO, 4 grouped
   
   
   
6. Generate the design.
   1. After entering the required configuration, click OK.

The design generates generate based on the selected options.
