- Add the VISP_SS IP to your design.
- Open your Vivado project.
- In the IP integrator window, add the VISP_SS IP to the block design.
- Run block automation.
- Right-click the VISP_SS IP block.
- Select Run Block Automation to launch the
configuration GUI.
- Configure the sensor and output parameters.
- In the Sensor information section, enter the number sensors and names of each sensor.
- In the Configuration of Sensors section, select your required
configuration options, such as:
- FPS
- PPC
- Pixel format
- Horizontal resolution
- Vertical resolution
- Select the output type. In Output Type, LO is Live Out and MO is Memory Out.
- (Optional) Configure the camera grouping.
- Set the Grouping option to YES if grouping is required.
- Select the number of MIPI groups that need to be connected in grouping mode. All the cameras grouped share the same ISP, operating in MCM mode.
- Select a supported configuration.
Block automation currently supports the following configurations:
- 2 cameras: MO and LO
- 4 cameras: All MO
- 5 cameras: 2 MO, 3 grouped
- 6 cameras: 2 cameras MO, 4 grouped
- 7 cameras: 4 MO, 3 grouped
- 8 cameras: 4 MO, 4 grouped
- 9 cameras: 5 MO, 4 grouped
- Generate the design.
- After entering the required configuration, click OK.
The design generates generate based on the selected options.
