Initial Read of BSCANID - 1.0 English - PG428

Initial read of BSCANID must be done after every BSCAN reset activation.

• Set bscan_ext_reset = 1 for 1 bscan_ext_tck cycle
• Set bscan_ext_sel = 1 and bscan_ext_bscanid_en = 1 when used (the parameter C_BSCANID is non-zero)
• Set bscan_ext_capture = 1 for 1 bscan_ext_tck cycle
• Set bscan_ext_shift = 1 for 32 bscan_ext_tck cycles
• Set bscan_ext_update = 1 for 1 bscan_ext_tck cycle
• Set bscan_ext_bscanid_en = 0 when used
• Verify that 0x04900601 is received on bscan_ext_tdo during shift
