To write LUT data into the target LUT using the auto-increment LUT_ADDR feature, follow these steps:

Form LUT_TARGET data using UNIT_ID, LUT_ID as mentioned in the LUT_TARGET register format, and assign LUT_ADDR with zeros (starting address of LUT locations).
Set the target location by writing LUT_TARGET data to the LUT_TARGET register.
Write the LUT_DATA register 256 times with the LUT data corresponding to locations 0 to 255 sequentially.
