To write LUT data into a particular target location, follow these steps:
- Form LUT_TARGET data using UNIT_ID, LUT_ID, and LUT_ADDR as mentioned in the LUT_TARGET register format.
- Set the target location by writing LUT_TARGET data to the LUT_TARGET register.
- Write the LUT data to the LUT_DATA register one time. If you write LUT_DATA register again, it is written into the next location.
