The following sequence of steps are mandatory for proper operation during power-down events.
  1. Assert aresetn.
  2. Bring down aclk.
  3. Assert s_axi_ctrl_aresetn when no AXI4-Lite control transaction is pending.
  4. Bring down s_axi_ctrl_aclk.
    Tip: This step brings system to the stand-by state.
