Programming Sequence - 1.1 English

1. The IP should be generated with the Convert Samples per clock feature enabled in the Vivado IDE to support re-mapping between the various PPCs.
2. Always program the picture height, width, color format, inPixClk and outPixClk values before entering the corresponding video streaming data.
