The Device Security tab is used to configure the Glitch Detector settings, including enabling the Glitch Detector feature and configuring the VCC PMC threshold as well as pulse width and Depth Sensitivity. This also allows enabling the Known Answer Test (KATs) which runs after every software update or partial reconfiguration. Additionally, this tab provides the option to enable RED Key Clear, ensuring that all key material used for decrypting a partial reconfiguration file is zeroized—cleared and verified—after use. This applies only to non-volatile key material, such as keys not stored in BBRAM or eFUSE. Enabling this feature clears all RED Keys stored in key management after the boot process is complete or fails.
The Clock Monitor feature can be configured under the Clock Monitor tab. To enable clock monitoring for a clock, select the Enable radio button next to the clock monitor to be enabled and configured Low/High threshold. Each individual clock monitor indicates if the monitored clock frequency is outside the upper/lower threshold values.
