Legacy interrupts use the usr_irq_* interrupt
pins. When both legacy interrupts and MSI‑X interrupts are enabled, MSI‑X interrupts
take precedence over legacy interrupts. Interrupt figure in MSI-X Interrupts section shows the interrupt waveform. For legacy
interrupts, the usr_irq_in_fun and usr_irq_in_vec pins are not valid.
