During Operational Mode, transfers on all AXI channels are unconditionally propagated across the AXI Memory Init IP unchanged and with zero latency. All propagation pathways are extremely light-weight, and should incur minimal critical path delay.
Throughout the Operational Mode, init_complete_in is continually registered and propagated to init_complete_out. This allows the init_complete signals among multiple AXI Memory Init instances to be daisy-chained to produce a composite completion
signal.
