The NoC compiler operates after the traffic specification is defined and during
implementation. You can invoke the compiler using the Tcl commands validate_bd_design in IP integrator flow, or validate_noc in the Modular NoC flow to check the
feasibility of the traffic specification. The placer can also invoke the compiler to
generate a routing solution and configuration data for the NoC. Post-implementation, you
should inspect the NoC window to verify that the compiler meets the traffic
specification and that no violations occurred.
