As mentioned in the previous section, placement of the NoC endpoints is dictated by either the fabric placer or NoC placer. If using the fabric placer creates a suboptimal NoC solution (that is, one in which BW objectives are not met), and if using the NoC placer creates timing closure issues, consider using the placement information provided by both runs to judiciously create your own placement of NoC endpoints.
