Semi-planar YUV 4:2:2 with 10 bits per component. Every three pixels is represented with 32 bits. Bits[31:30] do not contain any pixel information. Y and UV are stored in separate planes as shown. The UV plane is assumed to have an offset of stride x height bytes from the Y plane buffer address. See Stride in Prerequisites for more information on stride.
