The Frame Buffer Write IP defines the Line Count register. When written pixel lines reach the
register integer value, the IP asserts a rising edge signal on the optional
partial_frm_wr_done output port. If the register resets, or the
value is 0 or exceeds the frame height, the IP uses the default behavior. The output
transitions from 0‑to‑1 with the last pixel of the frame.
