The Integrated Block for PCIe core and AMD Vivado™ tool flow support implementations targeting AMD reference boards and specific part/package combinations.

Tandem Configuration is available as a production solution for most AMD UltraScale+™ devices. Bitstream generation is disabled by default for all ES silicon. Tandem Configuration supports the configurations found in the following table. Tandem Configuration for PCIe enabled AMD Spartan™ UltraScale+™ devices is not supported at this point.

  1. Only production silicon is officially supported. Bitstream generation is disabled for all engineering sample silicon (ES1, ES2) devices.
  2. Supported = Tandem PROM and Tandem PCIe both available unless otherwise noted.
  3. All Zynq RFSoC devices and AMD Kintex UltraScale+ KU19P do not have MCAP-enabled PCIe block locations. Explicit support is added to accommodate Tandem PROM configuration only for these devices.
