These inputs control the information contained in bits [31:24] of the Control
words generated by the transmitter. The value of ctl_tx_mubits[0]
appears in bit 24 of the next Control Word generated by the TX. The value of
ctl_tx_mubits[1] appears in bit 25, and so forth.
