Packet mode is when a packet with a certain channel number is written in its entirety without interruption by a packet for a different channel.
Unless tx_bctlin<N> is asserted (see Use of TX_BCTLIN) the size of the bursts (that is, the number of Data Words between Control Words) is
CTL_TX_BURSTMAX. The EOP and EOP-1 bursts are to be determined by
the value of BurstMin as calculated by the enhanced scheduling algorithm.
