Compilation of user code requires access to the cic_compiler_v4_0_bitacc_cmodel.h header file. The header file needs to be copied to a
location where it is available to the compiler. Depending on the location chosen, the include
search path of the compiler might need to be modified.
When compiling on Windows, the symbol NT must be defined, either by a compiler
option or in user source code before the cic_compiler_v4_0_bitacc_cmodel.h
header file is included.
