*_tvalid to throttle during a transfer. By taking *_tvalid
inactive the current transfer is held until it is active again. The receiver of the AXI4-Stream uses the *_tready signal to throttle during a
transfer. By taking *_tready inactive the current transfer is held until it
is active again.
