Slave loopback mode provides a simple stream loopback function. In this mode, the core
receives streaming traffic over the S_AXIS_SLAVE interface and loops
back the same traffic over M_AXIS_SLAVE. The core uses an internal FIFO
of depth 14 to allow throttling on M_AXIS_SLAVE while still accepting
data S_AXIS_SLAVE interface.
