In addition to the TX and RX delays in Table 1 and Table 1, you should add an additional 1 UI of latency for each 1 Gb/s increment in line rate beyond 2 Gb/s to the total round trip (TX path + RX path) latency.
Example
GTY transceiver, 64-bit datapath and 24.3G line rate.
TX + RX round trip latency is 276 + 340 = 616 UI
Additional line rate latency is 1 × (24 - 2) = 22 UI
Therefore the total fixed transceiver latency is 638 UI
