The user application controls the channel
frame length by manipulation of the s_axi_tx_tvalid and
s_axi_tx_tlast signals. The Aurora 8B/10B core responds with start-of-frame and end-of-frame ordered sets,
/SCP/ and /ECP/ respectively, as shown in the following table.
