AXI CDMA provides two clocking modes of
operation: asynchronous and synchronous. In asynchronous mode, the AXI4-Lite interface is asynchronous to the AXI4-Map
interface. In this case, s_axi_lite_aclk can be less than or
equal to m_axi_aclk. In synchronous mode, both s_axi_lite_aclk and m_axi_aclk must
be connected to the same clock source.
