This value provides User Application fields for MM2S control stream.

| 31 to 0 | APP0 to APP4 | User application fields 0 to 4. Specifies user-specific
application data. When Status Control Stream is enabled, the
Application (APP) fields of the Start of Frame (SOF) Descriptor are
transmitted to the AXI Control Stream. For other MM2Sdescriptors
with SOF = 0, the APP fields are fetched but ignored. Note: These fields are not fetched when the
Status Control Stream is not enabled.
