The XilSEM Library mitigation solution is evaluated to provide an estimate of the failure rate of the solution itself, as implemented in Versal adaptive SoCs. The evaluation focuses on single event functional interrupts (SEFIs) of the XilSEM Library which result in mitigation solution failure. The maximum estimated SEFI rate for the XilSEM Library mitigation solution is presented in the following table.
It is important to understand that the evaluation pertains to the reliability of the XilSEM Library mitigation solution, which is different from SEU rate estimation for a design in the Versal programmable logic.
